It's an easy ride via the tube from Heathrow. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The included breakfast buffet was sumptuous with many items that could be "packed" to cover lunch. The bar was friendy, warm, & comfortable for two senior ladies. The afternoon tea served in the bar was better than that served at Fortnam & Mason's. It is also within easy walking distance to many attractions such at Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guard ceremony. I highly recommend it for a really comfortable stay in London. The hotel is full of charm and very cozy. Location was perfect as it was a leisurly five minute walk to Buckingham Palace and less than three minutes to the tube. NO signs of wear and tear were visible anywhere. The concierge and staff were top of the line and surely the most helpful and friendly. Lovely experience.
