This hotel is within a block of the Train Station (Santa Maria Novella) and is a modern, internet hotel - it was nice to be able to check and send emails. The rooms were large, clean and very modern - so compared to our hotel in Venice, did not have the same kind of feeling. The staff was great.., very helpful...even called the Uffizi gallery for us to see if we could change our reservation time....also recommended a wonderful little restaurant within 2 blocks of the hotel...

Delle Nazioni Hotel was the best. It should be in another package, b/c it was 2 stars above the other two hotels we stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and it is close to the train and bus station. It was a + to have free internet.

Nice hotel, very convenient to the train station. The internet cafe was great to have available. Rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. AC was struggling the 2 days we were there and it was quite hot. Rooms are not individually cooled, it is building air conditioning.

we booked this trip over two months in advance, but we got the worst room possible, the walls had holes in them, it was like a room ready to be demolished. When we complained we were told it was full and they couldn't change it.

This hotel is directly across the street from the train station. So convenient! It's modern, with free internet. The breakfast is huge------the best we had on the tour. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Positive: near train station, free internet service in lobby, good breakfast. Negative: room was very hot and could not be cooled (in February!) and we were plagued by mosquitoes--our daughter had multiple bites on her legs, arms, face. Management was not responsive.

Hotel staff extremely nice. Scrambled eggs for breakfast! Pretty basic, bath had no tub-shower only. Across the street from the train station, convenient and easy to ask directions to.

Shower proved to be a bit difficult and no screens on the windows caused numerous mosquito bites, but the free internet and a great breakfast made up for the troubles.

The hotel itself is a solid three star, although we only saw the lobby. It was very modern in style and fully booked that night. We talked to some customers staying there who said it wasn’t fancy but they had no complaints. It is located on the south side of the rail station which can be noisy at night. For the budget minded it is perfect.

Loved this hotel from all of the others I stayed in Italy. Free internet access, nice breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and although it was next to the train station we had no complaints-it was quiet as can be!
