This was the best hotel out of all the ones we stayed in. The staff was great, and it actually had some space! The breakfast was wonderful!

This hotel was decent. The biggest plus was it was right across from the train station so we didn't have to travel far with our luggage to get there. You literally just cross the street! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The service was not that great but it was clean. Breakfast was awful. Not the greatest hotel but it served it's purpose to get some rest.

This is not a "business hotel". Lobby had a funky smell, and furnishings were well worn. Front staff not very welcoming. Loads of high school and college aged tour groups overtaking the hotel. Upside, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good and the location to the train station and busses could not be closer. However, since Florence is so small, next time I would chose something further away from train station.

This hotel is located on the south side of the train station which can be noisy at night. This hotel itself is very nice. It is modern, immaculate and more business oriented. 4 star staff.
