The Monna Lisa Hotel was exceptional! The hotel has several beautiful common rooms as well as a beautiful courtyard. We stayed in a standard room that was a little small with a queen sized bed in it but more than adequate. The entire hotel was as clean as a whistle and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the bar area in the evening was lovely as well. When we return to Italy we will definitely stay there again!

The Monna Lisa was a very beautiful hotel with good service, a good breakfast, and a good location. Our room had a view looking out on their beautiful courtyard. It also had a very safe feel to it. I hope to stay again one day and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We celebrated Marilyn's 60th birthday. Receptionist Tiziana was wonderful the moment we arrived. Beautiful hotel. Better than the photos. Great location-two blocks from Duomo. Most guests American. Room with balcony overlooking flower, lime and lemon tree garden. internet cafe and restaurants around the corner. Walk everywhere.

Comfortable and charming hotel with alot of history and beautiful decor. Location is very central and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Staff was very hospitable and professional -- helped us make museum and restaurant reservations with ease. Only suggestion is to upgrade hotel room from "standard" to "superior" room so that you are staying in the newer, renovated section of the hotel (sound-proof walls and newer amenities in the bathroom -- otherwise, I read that the walls are paper-thin in the older section). Recommended and will definitely stay again!

This was my second stay at the Monna Lisa. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The rooms are cozy and hotel is beautiful. We hired a driver for one day and the hotel set up all the arrangements. Great service!

An excellent hotel. The staff makes you feel like family. At the reception desk Loretta and Gabriel, two of the nicest, and most helpful people we have ever met, make you feel like they have known you for years.
The rooms are each unique and well done.
In the bar Alessandro will make feel right at home with his bright smile and demeanor. The breakfast is well done with the coffee never stopping and a good selection of food. You should treat yourself to this fine hotel.

Excellent! Service/staff were top notch. Hotel was charming, beautiful, and clean with a great location and a fabulous courtyard plus all the ammenities you could ask for. In addition, the rate we received by booking through go-today.com, even assuming highly discounted flight, must have been at least a 50-100 Euros less per night than their posted rates. What a deal. I would stay here again, and agian, and again. Thanks go-today.com!
