Very very very very tiny room but a nice view of the canal. Staff was nice but hotel smelled kind of odd at times. It worked. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Review Provided by: Itria Cassandra Benito who traveled on 6/16/2007 The Canal Hotel in Venice was conveniently located near the train station and easy to find upon asking the info desk at the station. Overall the hotel was OK but don't be like us and get a room next to the front of the hotel otherwise you'll be staying up all night with the noise. If you have to be in the front ask for a room on the highest floor. Anyways, the staff was courteous and all spoke english. The breakfast was good too. Just don't expect anything luxurious at all and you won't be disappointed!
