The desk people were helpful, the room was new and clean, the breakfast was huge, the tram ran right in front of the hotel. I would go there again tomorrow. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast in the "ballroom" a good start to the day. Internet access allowed us to stay in touch with family at home, and being able to walk out the door and catch a tram to go wherever we wanted was a plus........Highly recommended.
