Lovely hotel in great location, in a wonderful neighborhood just two blocks from the Tube (Gloucester Road), good pubs and convenience stores nearby, breakfast had a wide selection and was tasty. Two thumbs up!

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The NH Harrington Hall in Kensington was a lovely hotel to stay in, and very convenient for getting around. I was two short blocks from the Tube, and my stop (Gloucester Road -- sounds like "Glah-ster") was on 3 different lines, so it was very easy for me to get to wherever I needed to go with very few transfers. The package included breakfast at the hotel, and it wasn't the typical "continental breakfast" that you would normally find when you get free breakfast included, but the breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon and hash browns and pastries and all sorts of options. The only caveat I would add is that you shouldn't expect the type of customer service that you would expect in the States, but for Londoners, they were a pleasant, helpful lot. There is also a great, inexpensive food place around the corner called Nando's. I suggest stopping by there if you have the opportunity!

Under five minute walk to Gloucester tube station and bus stops. Convenient neighborhood with grocery and food shops. Very nice and clean! Extremely friendly staff--helpful with our one-year-old (crib and high chair provided). Continental breakfast was a great buffet with everything you could want and more--eggs, meats, cheeses, potatoes, croissants, pastries, fruits, vegetables, cereals, yogurts, cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, etc. We were extrememly pleased with the NH Harrington Hall.
