Great location. Great staff very helpful. For a two star hotel, nice breakfast, with homemade cappuccino. Rooms very nice, bathroom tiny and even a tinier shower. Great Stay!!

Clean, free internet, lovely staff, great location 5 minutes from train station. Provided us with a crib for the baby. Simple, but adequate breakfast. Great hotel for the price.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the Duomo, San Lorenzo's market and the SMN train station. It is very clean and the breakfasts are wonderful...above all however is the staff, they are so kind, friendly and very very helpful. I would not stay anywhere else.

What an awesome location; truly a couple blocks from the Duomo (like less than 5 minutes) and so many great museums. The hotel itself was a bit old and dated. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was the smallest I've ever seen! The staff was so kind though and really took time to make us feel welcome. It's in a safe area and we felt good about being out at night.

Hotel Bellettini was very clean, in the perfect location close to the Duomo and a few short blocks from the train station. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, they offered a large selection of items. Free internet was also available until midnight. I would stay here whenever I am in Florence.

The Hotel Bellettini is a 3 Star Hotel. It is within walking distance from the train station. The Hotel has it's charm but if you are handicaped in walking stairs this is not the place for you. You have to take a very small elevator to get up to the hotel from the street. If the lift is not working you are out of luck. The hotel may be tricky to find if you don't research it before you go. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and speak English. Aramal the one desk clerk, was very good at offering helpful suggestions on where to go and what to see.
It was suggested we make a reservation to go see the Statue of David so you don't have to wait in line. The hotel clerk made the reservation for us. Elton, Aramal's brother, runs the breakfast room. What nice, polite young
men. The breakfast is wonderful. They had so many choices including eggs. The shower in this hotel is something I have never experienced before, there is no tub or shower stall. There are curtains that seperate the shower from sink and toilet. Make sure you take rubber flip flops to take a shower since most of the floor gets wet.

Our family group were guests at the Belletini while visiting Florence. What a lovely location, what a lovely staff, while the hotel is older, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are exquisitely clean. Breakfast was terrific every day, and in the afternoons the entire hotel was filled with the aroma of croissants baking for breakfast the next day. Heaven! This is our #1 spot to stay in Florence.

The Belletini Hotel was in a great location to see everything. It is close to the train station but quiet at night (except for the mopeds) It was beautiful and very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome buffett style (lots of choices) I would definitely stay here again.
