Very nice personnel and very accomodating, the morning of departure, we were leaving before breakfast was to be served and they asked us if we wanted to have something in the lobby waiting for us before we left. Some of their rooms are not air-conditioned but since it was May, it was perfect weather. When I asked the front desk, they said they have some air-conditioned rooms and to just request one next time if needed. The hotel is in a very good location shopping and transportation-wise; there is a tourist information (look for the sign with the white "i" and blue background) center on O'Connell street within a 5 minute walk. Gets a little noisy at night--but hey, it's Dublin. Was a little shocked to find the metal prong inside the electric kettle in my room completely rusted; but the reception soon brought up a brand new one after my notification. For the breakfast, I would probably stay there again.
