I highly recommend it!!! Review Provided by: Brenda Dolan who traveled on 7/9/2009 The Amalia hotel was perfectly located in the center of Athens within walking distance of Parthenon, Plaka, National Gardens with bus/tram/taxi tranporatation right outside hotel. The rooms appears to have just been refurbished and were very clean, spacious with modern decor and well functioning AC! The staff was competent enough but not friendly and there was no WIFI available in the rooms. Breakfast was included in room price and was excellent. The room location and view was disappointing for the price.
