Nice large rooms and great bathrooms. Clean, well-kept and very conveniently located. Tram stop about 1 minute away takes you to the heart of the city in less than 10 minutes. Head and shoulders above the comparable room we stayed in in Prague as part of the same package.

Exceptional breakfast and very pleasant breakfast room as well as attentive wait staff.
We were a little disappointed that our TV was so hard to hear but we understand the problem of noise. It was very quiet and we loved looking out the window on the school next door.

This was a very nice, quaint hotel located on a quiet side street. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was adequate with the meat, cheese, cereals, juice and coffee. Great management staff. Location of hotel was great. Only two blocks to the nearest transportation. Take the U4 to Schoten Universtadt and directly out of the station catch bus 40A for two stops. Hotel is right there! There is also Tram D that can take you directly to the train station. Very impressed!

Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast and accomadations above average for European style hotel. Convenient location. Only complaint....when toilets flushed in another room in hotel, the cold water to shower cuts off completely without warning. We had some near burns and mild burns. I realize old plumbing is a problem in center of old cities like Vienna, but maybe if temperature of the hot water was less there would not be as great a risk of burns.

A nice hotel, situated sort of close to the main attractions in Vienna. Our room had a window on the street and the windows seemed to have very inadequate sound-proofing so that the noises outside were very loud, which got to be pretty annoying. Also, the walk to and from the nearest metro station was kind of far. Other than that, the hotel was nice and had an exceptional complimentary breakfast.
