Our room was pleasant, breakfast was good and we found the staff to reserved but polite and helpful. We would stay here again. Review Provided by: Merry Fix who traveled on 12/5/2006 Hotel was clean and efficient but I found the staff to be mostly rude and not very helpful. I don't want to be negative (I consider myself to be pretty easy going) but the attitude seemed to be consistent and was disappointing. I could still stay here again but I would just be mindful of this. We loved budapest!
