The hotel is small, but pleasant and clean. We were able to visit many well-known tourist attractions. It's very near the central shopping area, and several nice restaurants. I would return.

The rooms are clean and comfy. Most of the staff are nice, except for one guy who did not speak English and was not very friendly. I missed a lot of important phone calls because he would say "no speak English" everytime he would answer the phone. Suggestion: Have an English-speaking staff at all times; it really get stressfull for non-Italian speaking tourists.

Room was old and this hotel has the smallest elevator I've ever seen in my life. Kinda fun to get in it with luggage. The owner (I think) was a very nice woman who spoke no english at all but she told us everything we wanted to know, in Italian. Friendly atmosphere and a decent location made our stay a fun one. Good breakfast in the morning to get your day going. Again, just don't expect anything all that nice; after all this is a budget hotel.

Good location, very near the train station and within walking distance of the Coliseum, The Forum, the archaelogical museum (Palazzo Massimo Alle) and Diocletians's Baths (Termi Di Diocleziano). Entry lobby is very nice, rooms are very small (as is common in Europe) but clean and hotel staff was helpful.
