This is the second time I booked with Go-Today for a trip to Italy. The hotels were better located then my last trip and I have no complaints on the trip itself. My only suggestion would be that Go-Today stop issuing paper airline tickets. That was a hassle. Tickets should be electronic, like everyone else does.

Three of us went on this trip in November 2007 and and had a blast! Everything was just as planned. Upgraded to the second cheapest hotels and they were wonderful. Upgraded to 1st class for the train and that was great. Our second trip with Go-Today and definitely not our last!

Our experience with the agent was delightful. Cathy was very patient and helpful with all of our requests and questions. I had never booked through any agency before, but would use GoToday again. The process was simple and the prices were reasonable.

For the price this was a great vacation. Our hotels (second cheapest) were very clean and handy to transportation in Rome and city sights in Florence. I especially want to commend staff at the wonderful Argentina Hotel in Florence. One of my companions fell and broke her wrist there, but they could not have been more helpful. This is my third Go-today trip - - but not the last!

This was our first trip with Go-Today. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, and our flights/connections/travel vouchers/tour vouchers were all completely in order. Definitely upgrade to 1st class for the rail trip between Rome and Florence! That too was completely in order thanks to Go-Today! The Donatello Hotel in Rome was sufficient, but it was off the beaten track, and quite far from most sights. Rooms were small, but clean. Breakfast was just rolls with jam/butter/coffee/tea. We LOVED the Albergo Porta Faenza Hotel in Florence. It was close enough to the Termini w/o being on a main street. It was within a 20 minute walk to EVERYTHING in Florence. It was clean, spacious, quite modern, secure and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was substantial with many choices! I would definitely recommend the "A Morning in Tuscany" walking tour featured on the Go-Today website. It was the PERFECT ending to a terrific vacation! Thanks Go-Today for putting together a great trip to Italy.

This was my third trip with Go-Today, second to Italy. The trip was amazing and well organized. Everything that we needed was available in our travel packet and very intuitive. I would rate it the best vacation yet.

The Flower Garden Hotel in Rome was in a very convenietn location, clean with an adequate breakfast. The DelleNazioni in Florence was a wonderful place, great location & helpful staff.
The transit strike the day we were to go home was our only difficulty.

It was a great trip at a great price overall. Zone Hotel in rome is nice, even it is a bit far from the main attractions. My bf and I got the enjoy the cleanliness and the neatness of the room. Albergo in Florence was a bit lousy but it was close to downtown and the service was friendly. Overall, it is a great package at a great price. My bf and I have a memorable time there.

I travelled w/ my teen daughter and elder parents. We were nervous about quality since the price was SO awesome, but the whole trip was GREAT!. The tour guide was fantastic. Saw SO much. Loved Florence. The hotels were in good locations and I felt like the valus of this trip was phenomenal. I WILL travel w/ this agence again. GREAT TRIP ALL AROUND!

I just got back from a Rome-Florence trip with a friend of mine and we had a great time. The whole experience was wonderful. All of our transportation and lodging was all taken care of so that wasn't a worry. The hotels were nice and clean and well within reach of the areas we wanted to see. We are already planning our next trip with go-today. Thanks go-today for a wonderful experience at a great price.

Very happy with both hotels and trip was very enjoyable. The Napoleon Hotel in Rome was exceptionally accomodating and helpful. Tours arranged through go-today.com in Florence (The Original and Best Walking Tours) were excellent, but tours in Rome, through Vastours, were very poor. A 3-hr tour covered 3o min of information and was not as advertised. We left one tour midway through and skipped the last tour entirely, doing much better with the impromptu tours we arranged in Rome. Additional information was needed about the air flight; ticket stated Lufthsana, but was actually supplied via United and necessitated being shuttled to another terminal after waiting 1 hour for the Lufthsana counter to open.
