First of all, I have to say that I have no complaint with go-today.com. They did a good job arranging my trip to London and Dublin, and everything was A-OK on their end.
A review of my trip:
London: London was fantastic. We really enjoyed it (personal favs: Tower of London and Westminster Abbey). The Queens Park Hotel, however, was frankly, a dump. The floors creaked so loudly with every step that I thought they were going to fall in; the walls were paper thin so that you could hear EVERY conversation next door, EVERY person walking down the hall, etc. Never again. The only good part about this hotel was the location; the Bayswater area was very convenient to two great Tube lines and was a colorful and interesting London hotspot.
Dublin: Cassidys Hotel was GREAT! It was such a refreshing change after the QP. The rooms were big, quiet, and air conditioned; the hotel was right near everything desirable in Dublin, and the staff and breakfast service was great. My main recommendation here is DO NOT DRIVE IN DUBLIN. It is terrifying!
