	I was very pleased with our arrangements. The car was ready, and exactly what we requested. The go-today representative prepared us in advance, telling us of the additional fees we would be charged at pickup by Hertz, and what they were. Our only disappointment was with Alitalia Airlines. Go-today gave us our seat assignments, and these were not honored by the airline. Before our return flight, I called Alitalia to request specific seat assignments, which were given, and then changed again when we checked in at the airport. If seat assignments are important to you, then I suggest you arrive at the airport extra early to enhance your chances of getting what you want.

	This was our seventh trip booked through Go-Today.com. They are the greatest. This trip involved a few "twists and turns"--my husband flew to Rome a week early. I followed on Oct. 1 and met him at the airport where we picked up our Hertz rental car. The flight to Rome out of Dulles was non-stop--wonderful. Trying to get our car was a small headache--you have to take a number, which we didn't know and stood in line for 15 min. The ticket machine is hidden behind a plant. Needless to say my husband (who is Italian), the next Italian customer in line, and the manager had a very "lively" conversation. Finally the manager told us to go out where the cars were and we were promptly served. At the end of our 7 day rental, Go-Today sent us from Rome to Istanbul on their 6 night package there. (See my review of the Ottoman Hotel.) We had to change planes in Frankfurt and security was so screwed up that we almost missed the flight--be careful of connection times, especially in Frankfurt! Anyway, Go-Today did their usual superb job!

	the hotel in Rome was very nice, convenient to termnini via city bus, once there easy to navigate anywhere in Rome very easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Villa in Filgrini Valdarno very nice, room was adequate, the room we were given was under the main walkway, so we heard all the foot traffic of other guest as they returned from their outings. The hotel in Florence was perfect, the location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere easily and conveniently. The hotel in Monterosso was comfortable, they had many rules and restrictions, in the new part of the city and quiet. Very pleasant staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel Venice was the least favorite, location was good, however by the time we arrived the air conditioning system had been turned off and our first night was very warm. Go today did a fabulous job with our travel arrangements we will definitely use their services again, and we have shared their website with friends and family.
