We stayed at the Avenue Hotel in Amsterdam and the De Fierlant Hotel in Brussels. Both were clean but were small. Of the two, the Avenue was more centrally located and was a block or two from everything. It also had a nice cafe overlooking the street where we ended each night with a drink. In Brussels we had to take a taxi or bus to get to the center of town but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the train to Brugge one day and it was one of the highlights of the whole trip. It is a beautiful, quaint and clean city that we would certainly visit again. Review Provided by: R. A. In Belgium,Brussels is is good to take the train and go to see Brugge; is worthy every penny to see this city!!!We definitevely will travel again with go-today.com. we recommend them without reserve. Of the two, the Westropa was more comfortable and more centrally located within its city. Both had excellent breakfast buffets; the Westropa had an expresso coffee machine too.The personnel at the Vendome were a little "snooty". The Vendome had an in-room refrigerator.This was a great way to get to know these cities. I recommend this fly/stay package as great value for the $$.
