I couldn't have been more satisfied. There were some glitches; but they actually turned out to have silver linings. All of the hotels were very nice. The hotel in Sorrento (Continental) was outstanding. The transfers from the Naples rail station to the Capri hotels and back to Sorrento were flawless. Very nice people who were waiting for us and made sure we were taken care of before leaving us. Even a terrible traffic jam from Sorrento to the departure out of the Naples airport didn't turn out too bad. We made the flight with a little time to spare and saw more of Sorrento in our driver's attempts to get out the back up. If you like to travel, the most you should expect is that the planning was done perfectly and the glitches are out of the yours (and the booking agents) control. This trip met and exceeded those expectations. If you relax, sometimes things turn out unexpectedly good. They did for us.

Trip was a good deal. The flights and trains were great. The hotels were nice. The Hotel Muse in Rome was the best, followed by the Hotel delle Nazioni in Florence, and lastly the Hotel Pantalon in Venice which had a strange incredibly tiny bathroom with no separate shower stall so the entire room would get wet when one washed. The pantalon is really 2.5 stars but the location was quite good. I would use your service again.

My husband and I just returned from Italy and loved this independent tour. We were so impressed by both the hotels and the transfers. Cruises and big tour groups are not for us, but we do like all details taken care of before we travel. Italian Delight was perfect for us, combining both adventure and security. It was so reassuring to arrive by train or boat and see our transfer holding up a sign with our name. The hotels were all great, except the one in Rome was a little remote. We would definitely take this type of trip through Go-Today.com!

This is a great value for what you get to see. My sister and I did this trip during the summer of 2006, and we had a blast. While our hotel in Rome was nice, the actual room was very tiny, and one of the beds was sunken in. It was worth it though! Rome was the most exciting city- and we were on foot 18 hours a day discovering every site there is to see! We then journeyed to Capri. While transportation to each location is a bit daunting (you're never quite sure what you're looking for or how to get there (eg: the hydrofoil- I had no idea what a hydrofoil was) it makes for the perfect adventure. You get a sense of how locals live and you see more by being exposed to different ways of getting around. Capri is absolutely gorgeous- the perfect place to relax when you're exhausted from Rome. Our hotel there was simple, comfortable and clean. The shower was very small (one slim person can barely fit) but the island itself is home to fashion, stars, beautiful beaches, and friendly people. We then ended our trip in Sorrento. Sorrento is a completely different destination compared to Rome or Capri. It's much more of a modest, quieter part of Italy- so plan to just take a walk on foot, or walk through the lemon groves and catching up on sleep and reading. It's a less touristy spot but again, use the time to rest and relax or take a day trip to Pompeii- We did, and it was such an amazing end to the trip! The ruins are quite memorable, and it's a great way to get away for a full day to do some walking outside. A great trip, full of adventure and memories!
