We appreciated the speed you sent the travel documents (other agencies sometime wait till a few days before departure, which means I continue to worry about them for far too long). Check in at the hotel (Hotel National) was no problem, they did expect us and had our room ready early. Our overall expectations of the hotel were exceeded and we would stay there again anytime. The only "interesting" situation, which turned out great, was that the airline changed the first leg of our return flight without informing us. You scheduled us to be on a 1:00 flight out of Rome arriving in Munich at 2:35 with a connection to DC leaving at 3:10, giving us only 35 minutes to make that flight. We don't know how it happened, but Lufthansa changed us to an earlier flight to give us more time to make our connection. Since we checked in at Rome ealry, we were able to make the flight they had changed us to, so everything worked out well. Thanks again for all your hard work.
