Although I wish the package description would have specified that the hydrofoil boat ride was 4 hours one way from Athens to Mykonos. Our hotels were nice. We went in April and the weather was too cold for swimming. I would suggest skipping the bus tours in Athens and finding your way around yourself using taxis and the Metro. The food was fabulous and the sea was breathtakingly azure blue. I suggest going in the summer months when it is hot enough to swim. The transportation from and to the airports/ferrys were on time and clean mercedes taxis. The boat ride to and from Mykonos was great, although there are both smoking and non-smoking sections, so make sure you specify, or rebook locally. Mykonos was amazing. Because the hotel was off the beaten path, it didn't seem crowded at all, even though we were there at peak season. Hotel staff at Mykonos Grand was great. Make sure you visit Parthenon and Delos.
