	Overall our vacation trip was satisfactory and with a few improvments from some of the Service providers would have been outstanding! No issues were encountered with the flight arrangements and all went as expected. The many transfers ..airport to hotel, hotel to crusie ship, etc were OUTSTANDING with friendly and helpful transportation/taxi providers who were always on time and with SIGNS (at airport/ship docks) with our names so we knew where to go. The excursions were also EXCELLENT and were as advertised on your website. The Hotel staff in Istanbul (Mara Pera) was friendly and helpful and the hotel room (altough small) was satisfactory and it had wifi in the room and its location near the Istiklal caddesi was serendipitously perfect! The restaurant at the top of the hotel and its view were marvelous! The only disappointment was the room selection/location ....it would have been helpful for Go-Today to communicate what was necessary to get a room with a better view. The Amalia Hotel's location in Athens was also perfect and essentially at the center of all the sites we visited..many by walking! We were similarly disappointed by the room location on 2nd floor and view of a wall and air conditioning equipment, again it would have been helpful for you (Go-Today) to communicate what was necessary to get a room with a better view. The 5 day cruise to some of the Greek Islands was marvelous with the Louis cruise lines staff friendly, informative and accomodating. The biggest disppointment of the whole trip was with our cabin on the ship..the air conditioning was poor and the location of our cabin at the very back of the ship was extremely noisy at night (when the ship was traveling between islands)..again Go-Today travel personnel should have made us aware of what was needed to get a better cabin on the ship!

	My wife and in traveled to Istanbul and loved every minute of our stay there. The hotel was excellent and the staff were great. We then traveled onboard the Cruise Ship Cristal from Istanbul to Athens with stops in five of the Islands and I must say the staff on the ship were wonderful. The side tours were informative and great photo opportunities. The Stanley Hotel in Athens was also top notch in service and location. The metro was just outside the hotel door and the tour we book of th city was again top notch. Thanks to the GoToday folks. This is the second year in a row we have used you and will continue to do so if the service and quality is what we have experienced thus far.
