Absolutely perfect, from the flight connections which were without long layovers to the hotel which was in the perfect location and had the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. I can't imagine traveling with anyone else. My questions were answered promptly and the site couldn't be easier to navigate.

We really felt the Florence escape was a great package deal-price, accomodations, and flight . We flew out of JFK to Milan and then on to Florence. We flew from Florence to Rome and then on to JFK. We will definitely use go-today.com again!

What a wonderful, unforgettable four days in Florence! Your arrangements were flawless. The Atlantic Palace Hotel offers excellent value for the reasonable rate. The staff is friendly and helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Considering the brevity of our stay, reservations at the museums were necessary, and the concierge was extremely efficient in making arrangements. We especially loved our walk up to the dazzling San Miniato del Monte. Thank you!

We stayed at the Machiavelli Palace in Florence, just a few minute walk to the train station. We loved the convenience and it's simple charm.
We took the city tour - but a little disappointed that the bus did not spend more time sight seeing the city of Florence, instead we went on a short ride to Firenze then the bus stopped at the first destination then we walked to all the other sights / gallerie/museums. It was all so very interesting but too much walking.
My next visit to Italy I rather do the 3 city tour instead of staying in one place and going out on day trips to see the others. It got very expensive taking the train.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Baglioni which was very well located. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. My single room was particularly large in comparison to most singles in European hotels. Hotel service was friendly and helpful and the breakfast room offered a spectacular view of Florence in addition to a nice selection of breakfast fare. Our Lufthansa flights were all on time but Lufthansa seems to have the most uncomfortable seats and legroom on transatlanic flights of just about any airline I have used.

This vacation was fabulous. My family's second with go-today.com, we were extremely pleased and will use your service again and again. Florence was breathtaking, as always, with it's narrow cobbled streets, delicous food, and all of the fashionable, friendly locals. At this time of year the city didn't seem crowded and it was nice to avoid the summer heat. However, it was overcast during our five days in Florence and it rained a bit too. It was extremely chilly and windy on our day trip to Friesole, but with the proper jacket for the season, the less than ideal weather was bearable. Especially when you consider that the price of European trips are so low during this period. The hotel may have been the highlight of the stay. We chose the Monna Lisa and I will probably never stay anywhere else. Housed in a ancient palace, the hotel still maintained the very fitting old world feel of Florence. Although the rooms were small, we were in the old section of the hotel in the original palace, they were beautifully appointed with antique furniture, what appeared to be original brick floors, lavish bedspreads, and fabrics stretched on the walls, plus the bathrooms were fully modernized. The grounds and gardens of the hotel were well maintained and very peaceful. The dining room was elegant and the food way above expectations based on past visits to southern Europe. The staff was amazing, helpful, profesional and courtious to no end. Also, we extended our stay in Italy by 6 days, took a train to Venice and spent two nights there, then traveled by car (rented through gotoday-maybe better prices elsewhere as that part was high) through several small medival towns in Tuscany, drinking wine all the way. What a trip. I love that gotoday packages are well priced and that they are flexible, allowing us to make our own vacation, using there itinery as a jumping off point and to get inexpensive airfare. Speaking of airfare, the Air France flights were great. They put us in the bulk head and had a bassanet for our infant daughter (make sure you ask for this in advance if traveling with young children). The only problem with Air France to Florence is that the connection times in Paris are too tight for several United States departure point and destinations so there is not enough time to clear customs and make your flight. We ran through the airport both times and only made our connection on the outbound flight were we didn't have to deal with customs. Bravo go- today.com!

My family and I took this trip in March of 2003 and can honestly say it was wonderful, not a single complaint. We stayed at the Paris hotel and it truely suited our needs and was close to all the attractions. This was my 3rd trip through go-today.com and certainly won't be my last. You guys are the greatest.

I went on this vacation with my family back in Feb/March 2003. We stayed at the Paris Hotel which was close to all the attractions. We only had to use public transporation when traveling outside Florence. This was my 3rd trip from go-today.com and I highly recommend them. I already booked and planned my next trip to Italy and can't wait.

Went on this trip with my family this past Feb/Mar and had an excellent time. Stayed at the Paris hotel which was within walking distance of all the attractions, and the staff was both pleasant and helpful. This was my 3rd trip through gotoday and I'm already planning my next trip for this winter. Good job go-today.com!
