This was out second trip with Go-Today and we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. We stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel in London the hotel restaurant was lovely as was the lobby although the room was a bit shabby (what's up with that lime green bathroom) but the location at Victoria Station more than made up for the tired decor. Everything to do with transportation is right outside the door. The Gray Line, the Tube, the tour busses—we were thankful every time we left for sightseeing. The room at Le Royal Hotel in Paris was small but beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and is located near the Metro line. We got the three-day ParisPass and transportation couldn't have been easier. For the overnight trip to Rome we paid the extra fee for a private sleeper compartment. It was well worth the expense. In Rome we upgraded to the Fontana Hotel across from the Trevi Fountain. Our room was beautifully air conditioned and had a view onto the fountain. The best room in Rome! We worked very closely with Go-Today to get this right and they were so helpful and informed. They were actually on the phone with the Fontana Hotel when we checked in making sure they were ready for us. That’s what I call service.

This trip was awesome. The sights were great. I loved leaving the U.S. and seeing all the greatest land marks in the world. The Eiffel Tower, The Roman Colliseum, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace (you have to go inside and see the art and horses). It didn't seem like we would have a whole lot of time in each place at first. We did miss out seeing some things. But we planned and prioritised everything before we got there, so we got to see everything that we wanted to. The metros in London and Paris are awesome, and so easy to get to places and figure out how to get back. The rooms were a little cramped, just watch out for the bathrooms. Taking showers are interesting and the different ways of flushing are wierd. The calling to confirm a day in advance got a little hard to do; ask the hotel desk to help you with that especially in Italy.

We booked a three-city package and one transfer through Go-Today and overall, the trip went very well. When we weren't able to use the transfer due to a delayed flight, Go-Today refunded the cost of the transfer, which was much appreciated. The hotels were just as I expected and there were no surprises. I would book with this company again!

My Hotel in London was quite quaint, but the staff was lovely and very accommodating. The Comfort Hotel in Paris was so tiny, I had go out the door to turn around. The Staff was Great here as well! Then there was the Taormina Hotel in Room that was "Par" Excellent!

Overall, I enjoyed my trip and my connections to get from city to city was good. I arrived in London and learned to use the Tube for all of my sight seeing excursions, which worked out find. This way, it included a lot of walking to and from Madame Tussads and the London Zoo for one day. I took a double-decker tour ride (which I don't recommend if you would like to visit various sites) they simply "drive by" the various sites and you do better taking the Tube. I visited Harrods earlier on this same day and that was fun. I enjoyed the EuroStar from London to Paris, it didn't take long and you were there before you knew it. It is best to take the Metro and not the taxis if you are traveling light enough. The Hotel in Paris was so tiny and cramped and I would not recommend it for just sleeping. The ride on Rome Artesia Night, to Rome would have been long and arduous if I had not met a Porter that offered me a empty room which normally sits 6 after a stop that brought on two additional people into the cabin of four which would have turned into six. I gave him a nice tip at the end of my journey. It was nice having an empty berth. My hotel in Rome was in the Taormina Hotel and it was by far the classiest hotel and room on the trip. Marble Floors, and space.

Go-today.com did a fantastic job with our booking. We were notified in a timely manner of any changes to our itinerary and they were very helpful to make any changes a win/win to both our satisfaction even 3-way telephone conversations. Your recommendation for hotel upgrades etc were well worth your recommendations and we were very well pleased with your recommendations. The hotels were within walking distance of most points of interest and the tour buses were also a plus to getting the most out of our visit. The Euro train ride was excellent. We were not as well pleased with Paris to Rome train ride. The Dinner was not worth the money charged and was tollay unexpected as most trips include the meal. The conductors kept our passports overnight and I never did understand the purpose of that A plane ride would have been better. Also on arrival. We arrived in London at 7:00 AM to the hotel by 9:00 am only to find out we couldn't check in to our room untill 2:00 PM. I was tired from the overnight plane ride and was not happy with this news. We were new to the City, (5) bags of luggage. What are you suspose do from 9:00 am until 2:00 PM. Overall, We enjoyed everything else about the arrangements, accomodations, tours, sights etc. Would definately consider Go-today in any future plans to travel.

This is an absolutely fantastic package and a lot of fun. I booked this almost on a whim a little over a month before traveling, the price was just too great to pass up.
My mom and I traveled on the low-cost plan, with two upgrades: one was for the train. I had experience with European train-travel, and upgrading to first class is something that I personally would recommend, particularly if you are at all claustrophobic. The other was a forced upgrade on the London hotel because the low-cost one was booked.
The hotels were nicely located, easy to find, and safe. While the continental breakfast at the Central Park hotel in London left something to be desired, the others were very nice. I would not book the Paris hotel (Comfort Lamarck) in the summer months as there's no air conditioning, and even in May it was warm and we had to keep the window open (there was a bar across the street, not particularly quiet). The hotel in Italy was extremely nice.
This vacation wasn't without snafus. Go today accidentally booked the wrong train tickets from Paris to Rome, but they apologized and refunded my card after I had to book the new tickets myself. It was generally a great experience and they were extremely helpful.
The city combination was great, even though I was dead tired on the flight home. But the key to enjoying a trip like this is to be proactive. Getting the flight and hotels is one thing. Plan these cities out! They have great public transport, get on the internet before you leave and use the city public transport sites to map out your days (they are all able to be run in english). Don't waste a lot of money on cabs. Also, all the cities have great deals if you look for them in advance. London city attractions have 2-for-1 tickets available, as do a lot of musicals on the west end. Paris has a great ticket pack for the museums, attractions (except the Eiffel tower) and even Versailles. Rome has so much just lying around (ruins, churches), and there are great tours of the Vatican and other places that you could book in advance, but we just wandered into with no additional fees day-of.
Bottom line: It's a trip of a lifetime, and a lot of fun.

This trip was perfect! We were on our honeymoon and got a taste of each city. We had enough time to enjoy all the major sites, great food and shopping! The hotels were all very accomodating and helpful. Although they tended to be a little far away from the sites, they were within walking distance of subway stations in each city. We also upgraded to the sleeper car on the train from Rome to Paris and I highly recommend it! Very private and comfortable. We had the time of our lives and we'll be booking again with go-today.com!

It was perfect. I would suggest getting airport tranfers unless you are travelling light. If you are good at travelling light, use the public transportation. It's really easy & cheap!
The hotels we stayed at were perfect! Excellent value for the money we spent.

The trip was enjoyable despite transportation problems in Paris. London was great. The hotel was nice and across the street from Hyde Park. Take a Thames river cruise. We got to see alot of sights in Paris. The Comfort Hotel Davout was awful that we stayed in. This hotel was suppose to be an upgrade. It was located in a seedy district away from the sights. The subway system is easy to use and it's hard to get a taxi. We didn't get to ride the train from Paris to Rome due to the transportation strike. We took a bus to the Switzerland border (8 hours) and then switched on another bus to Rome (11.5 hours). We ended up seeing Rome in a day because one day was a trip to Pompeii. Due to the bus ride we got an upgrade on our hotel in Rome from Flower Garden to Impero Hotel. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was fine, the people were nice. I would go back to Rome to see more sites. The food was great, the people were very nice, and there are more english speakers in Rome then in Paris. Next trip we take we'll try a different travel company.

We up graded our hotel in Paris to Mercure Ronceray.
Do not go there! No shower just a bathtub that is so narrow you have to stand sideways. When we walked it the room there was one light with a 25 watt bulb. We could here the people next to us partying all night.
The front desk people were very rude. I had bought an adapter for the electrical and it did not work in the room. When I asked at the front desk they said they don't work in any of the rooms because the electrical was to old. I was very upset they didn't even have a blowdryer. Oh one more thing no coffee machine in the room and there breakfast sucked. I should of stayed with the budjet motel I'm sure it would of been better than our supposely upgrade. When we where ready to checkout to catch our train to Rome they couldn't find our luggage. We nearly missed the train it was very stressfull. Won't go back there again.

We took this trip for our 1st anniversary/delayed honeymoon and had a marvelous time. We booked the highest class of rooms--and before we arrived I emailed each hotel about additional, in house, upgrades. All hotels upgraded us to even better rooms. All three hotels (Montcalm, Mayfair and Nazionale) were in perfect locations. We also upgraded to first class on the train trip from Paris to Rome--and had our own sleeper car. I couldn't have done it any other way, but we honestly enjoyed the experience. I would do that again--but of course only in our own compartment. Our only hiccup--and a hiccup it was--concerned our eurostar trip from London to Paris. We upgraded to first class, but our tickets were actually second class. Go-today is working on that, so I am still very happy. I would certainly book with go-today again. I have never, ever, been on a vacation that was so smooth and organized.

I bookeed this trip as a "sisters" European vacation and was overall happy with the trip. Flying BA was wonderful and London, other than the weather was great. Since we were a triple there was concern about sleeping accomodations but all three hotels provided 3 single beds. The most difficult part for us was the travel from Paris to Rome. Looking back, I would never do it again and just fly. While we upgraded our package to 2nd class where there were just us three and three bunks, the compartment was tiny and with our luggage we barely could move. the bunks were fairly comfortable but the ride itself was awful, we all got motion sick. So unless you can handle the rocking for 15 hours, stay away. The last part of our journey in Rome only got worse. The Champagne Palace Hotel was listed as 4 stars but clearly from our experience deserved less than 2! It was awful. Only positives was the relatively short walk to the Colleseum, but beware of the neighborhood. When I asked the hotel clerk if it was "safe" he said, yes, (naturally!), but watch your wallet and don't travel back very late". I guess that says it all! Honestly, glad we did it, but would not do it again, unless you're maybe, 20.

I had a wonderful time experiencing Europe. My husband and I went for my birthday and our 1st anniversary. I do have a few critiques about the accommodations that go-today.com reserved. The hotels in London and Paris were painfully small even though I upgraded 2x. I would recommend splurging and getting the 5-star hotel if you can. Also, the worst part of my trip was the train ride from Paris to Rome. Go-today.com reserved the overnight train for us (euronight) and I experienced extremely disgusting conditions. They crammed six people in a 5’x 7’ room (no bigger than an average bathroom) for 15hrs. I was not able to upgrade when I checked in to ride the train. I wish that go-today.com would give you the option to upgrade your train ride from Paris to Rome. Apparently, it is one of the busiest destinations in Europe. It really ruined our trip for my husband and me. The best accommodations were in Rome. The rooms were a lot more spacious and close to everything.

We just returned from our trip and have to say how much we enjoyed it. Go-Today's staff were extremely helpful and accomidating. The flights were as comfortable as flights get, and the train trips were a real treat. All 3 hotels, while not luxury hotels by any means, were all close to transportation, easy to find, and MUCH nicer than we were prepared to find. This trip was a dream come true and highly recommend it to all travelers looking for an overview of 3 fine cities.

I highly recommend this package! My husband and I took this trip with my parents and had a blast. I suggest upgrading to the highest hotel category. We did and had beautiful places to stay. The hotels were near all the attractions and tour bus stops. My mom is the pickiest person in the world when it comes to hotels and I never heard her complain. All the hotels were very clean, had private baths, and had large rooms comparable to those in the U.S. The only hotel that was a bit smaller was the one in Paris (Hotel Alessandra), however it was in a great location and was quite lovely. Every hotel had a very friendly staff that spoke decent English. Hotel Columbus in Rome was wonderful and JUST outside the Vatican. Go-today.com did a great job a scheduling our train trips on the Eurostar and the overnight train trip. I recommend calling go-today.com when you book though to upgrade your overnight train ticket between Paris and Rome. The 2nd class ticket puts you in a compartment with 6 people total and it is quite close quarters. If you are like me and do not know how to pack light it will be a long train trip if you do not have a bigger train compartment. Overall it was a great experience and go-today.com did a great job with helping us plan a wonderful trip. We would definitely use go-today.com again.
