Took my wife to London for a romantic 20th anniversary. Flight was great, but when we checked into the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum our romantic double room turned into two twin beds. When I called the desk to complain they said this is what the travel company had ordered even though the copy of the hotel voucher they had and the one I had clearly stated we were to get a double. The hotel told me they were booked solid due to New Years and I would have to take what I had been given. No mention of a chance to change later in the week, no effort to smooth over the situation, just tough luck. The room was so small you could barely fit between the foot of the beds and the dressers. Heat worked sparingly, and there was no hot water 3 of the 7 mornings. Getting the tube pass ahead of time was a very good idea, but we had to buy a transfer from the airport and back to the airport as the pass we were sold was only good in zones 1&2, and Heathrow is out in zone 6. Other than the room we had very little trouble. I would recommend this vacation if you can use a different hotel.

This was our first vacation to London and Go Today was the best way to go. Our flight departing Philadelphia was cancelled and we had to fly a different airline as we were getting there 6 hours later than originally planned I called go-today regarding our transfers and they were all ready aware of our flight changes and arranged our transfers to meet us at Heathrow. Our hotel was in a perfect location blocks away from the Angel tube stop. Jury's Inn Islington was great for what we wanted, clean place to sleep and shower. Our trip was fantastic and will book through go today for our next European trip!!!

This trip was amazing. We left the day after Christmas to celebrate our first anniversary on New Year's Eve in London. Go-Today took care of everything. The only complaint we had was about the hotel. We stayed at the Royal Lancaster, which is a beautiful hotel, however the location was not the best. It was out of the way from the main London attractions and was spent a lot of money on cab fare getting around. There was only 1 restaurant in walking distance. All in all it was a great trip but next time we go back we will stay near Victoria Station.

Trip was enjoyable after starting very poorly.8P.M. B.A. flight was 1hr/45min delayed out of Kennedy. Arrived at Holiday Villa Hotel approx 11A.M. London time.Check in was at 2P.M. Walked Hyde Park with my wife. Went to Kensington Palace and Grannery .Returned to hotel 2P.M and was told they did not have room for us. Were lodged in hotel next door for the night.Room was shabby. Not a good way to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Following day set up in Holiday Villa. Room extremely small. No comps by hotel for their bungling Would not recommed this hotel. London was very interesting. Used BIG Bus Tour Lines to get around city. Problem at end of day making connections due to congestion . Had to wait 45min to connect between RED and BLUE bus on two occasions. Don't think company was prepared for heavy tourist traffic. Ate at hotels and local neighborhood resturants. Food was quite enjoyable. The attractions in London and the citizens were wonderful. Was there for "Rememberance Day", Veterans day in the U.S. The ceremonies were very impressive. A s a veteran I was deeply moved. I would recommend this trip, much to do much to see.Did quite a bit of walking

This will be our second try with Go-Today. A couple of years ago we went to Paris in Februaury.
The trip was everything that was promised. We took the cheapest possible and the hotel was up to standard, if small by American standards.
If our upcoming trip is as good as our last experience I have no qualms about the service.

This was a really great trip. New Years at the foot of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye lit up in the evening. Even though Ben didn't chime and I was soon accosted by men attempting to receive a New Years kiss, it was the best New Years I ever spent.

Package was great, as well as the customer service. They took great care to arrange travel for us since we had 2 childern meeting us for the trip, but no leaving from the same departure city. Hotel was ok, but they upgraded us to their largest room free. Everything else was real smooth. No disappointments at all. Looking forward to our next trip with Go-today.

The package was outstanding, I traveled last year, and I am going again this year with a friend. We had such a great time, the people in London were wonderful too.
