My vacation was fabulous. I was greeted at the
airport as soon as I arrived. My hotel was lovely
with great service and right on the tube line. I booked 3 tours which were really nice. All in all
I saw everything I had planned. I highly recomend go-today.

Our trip to London was great. We had good accomodations, we were in close proximity to transportation and Europe Vacations really worked with us to customize the trip. I would definitely use Europe Vacations again.

We had such an awesome trip. Our hotel was right by a tube stop so everything was very accessible not to mention we were just a short walk from many attractions. The weather was chilly some days, but overall very pleasant. I recommend if at all possible to extend your stay by a few days as there is just too much to see!

We had a wonderful week in London. We upgraded to the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum which was only a block from the underground. We booked the airport transfers and the cars and drivers both ways were excellent. We went in late March and the weather was amazing - sunny and low 60's most days. The trip was an incredible value and we can't wait to book another trip.

My family of 6-including four teenagers- just returned from spring break in London. We had a very nice time; weather was great, the dollar is stronger than it had been my previous trips, and the flights/hotel package were exactly as had been described. Go-Today is definitely the way to book a trip to this wonderful city.
We stayed in Earls Court at the My Place Hotel. As I had been in that neighborhood before, I knew to expect a terrific location- steps away from the tube stop, Starbucks (for the teens wanting a taste of our Pacific Northwest), Marks & Spencer groceries, numerous restaurants and shops. We could even walk to the Natural Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert.
We will most definitely use Go-Today again.
Cheers,
The Quicks

The hotel we picked was a middle of the pack hotel - Thistle Kensington Gardens. It wasn't one of the best hotels I have stayed in when in London. The staff was extremely disorganized. They only checked in one of us for each room. Never asked for names of the other two. We arrived in the morning, were checked-in, and told to return at 2 PM. We did and still no room. Others were given rooms before us and they arrived after us. Constantly said it was because we were in two rooms with twin beds and the hotel didn't have a lot of them. They blamed a lot of their problems on housekeeping - almost like they were afraid of them! After alot of complaining they gave us one room (around 4:30), than other room 15 minutes later. Meanwhile two others waiting for twin room were given their room before us and they had just arrived at the hotel. No one would admit to being the manager -not sure I blame them. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for that reason. Location worked out fine and breakfast was fine. Just the problems on the first few days.

This was a great trip. With all the on line negatives you hear about, I was skeptical at first. I was very pleased with the trip. The worst part was British Airlines at JFK. They need to get that better. However, the tranfer company was excellent. Our flight was delayed by quite a bit and the driver waited for us. The hotel was fantastic. I had been to London in 2006 and stayed at a much less desirable hotel. This was great. Can't wait to plane our next trip.

Just have to say that our package was just as presented with no surprises like add-on charges at the hotel or substandard accomodations. As a matter of fact, we loved the Queen's Park hotel for its location, staff and convenience. I will definitely book this holiday again. Two thumbs up to all the staff at Go-Today.com and especially Tiffany. I love being able to pay by check!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing deal!!! Loved the location of the hotel at Earl's Court but we're not too crazy about the room. Room has no a/c or window so it got kind of stuffy. Friendly hotel staff though. Because this deal was so reasonable priced, we decided to extend our stay to visit Krakow, Poland. I will be booking another trip through go-today.com!

Overall the vacation package was very good. The help I recieved in booking the package and then with follow up questions was excellent. I was impressed that I had agents call when they realized that my hotel didn't extend for my whole stay. We had no problems with any of the reservations that the company made; everything went very smoothly. We also purchased the London Pass with our package and we found that we were not able to use the "Fast Pass" option to avoid the ques. We also took the option of the pass with travel and were very glad we did. It's so easy to get around London with the tube and the busses. I'd definetly recommend the London Pass. We also took the Golden Tours Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury tour and were dissapointed. For one, the tour bus almost left us at Stonehenge! Secondly there was not enough time to actually see much of the sites.
Overall I'd say 5 stars for Go-Today! I'll defintly be booking my next vacation through you.

I took my 8 year old daughter on this trip with me and we both had a splendid time!! I'll admit i was a little nervous after reading reviews of the hotel we stayed at (the Bayswater Inn) but when we arrived we found many of the reviews were wrong. Our hotel was on a quiet side street near a busy area. we were within walking distance of 2 Underground stations and 2 bus stops as well as many eating and souvenier shops. We were also within walking distance of Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace and Hyde park. The staff was very friendly and by our 3rd day recognized both of us. Our room was comfortable and clean. On my previous trip to london I stayed at a 4 star hotel that I was much les pleased with. Breakfast left something to be desired but it was good enough to fuel up for a day exploring London. I was also amazed how easy booking through go-today was... no bumps no issues. I recommend this package to ANYONE!!! i also suggest getting the London pass with travel cardit will save you lots of money and headaches!!!

Decided to stay at My Place Hotel because promo material said it was in quiet area of Earl's Court. It wasn't quiet as it was no more than 50 feet from busy Earl's Court Road. Our room was in front of hotel and nightclub was right underneath. Very noisy room with traffic and nightclub music. Continental breakfast was fine if you like canned fruit salad, nothing fresh. On the plus side, hotel was just around corner from Tube station. Just past the Tube station there are sidewalk stands carrying fresh fruit, which we bought for breakfast, and a Marks & Spencer, where we bought pastries for breakfast. Recommend Zizzi's for Italian food, Masala Zone for Indian food, and just across Earl's Court Road (Kenway Road?) is a delightful Japanese restaurant; all were reasonably priced. Hotel room was small but clean, but there was no radio/alarm clock. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants, booking taxi to Heathrow, offering to change our room because of noise.

Our trip was wonderful! We liked the Thistle Kensington Garden Hotel because of its location across the street from Hyde Park, a block from the Queensway tube, and on the bus line. We purchased the Oyster card (for unlimited bus and tube use) and hopped on the bus and tube everywhere we went. The breakfast was included and it was excellent, with eggs, sausage, bacon, veggies, fruit, breads, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. The hotel has a little wear on it, but was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again! I talked to quite a few travel agencies, but no one could beat the price of go-today. Our agent was patient and thorough, and the entire trip was just perfect! Thanks!

It was a wonderful trip at a great price. My husband has always wanted to go to London, so my children and I gave him this trip for Christmas and his birthday. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum(a great choice and a great location) and spent our holiday sightseeing and walking the city. The Big Bus sightseeing tour had a stop one block from the hotel, the underground was one block away and there were two grocery stores, an internet cafe, resturants and pubs within easy walking distance. We also booked a shuttle service to and from the airport and a day trip to Liverpool through go-today which were both very good. I and my family would book a trip with go-today again.

We upgraded to the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum after reading bad reviews of the Bloomsbury Park Hotel. I LOVED the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum. It is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and the free breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and the concierge was wonderful. Yes, London is very expensive. We ate sandwiches for most meals and bought microwave dinners at Tesco that we heated at the hotel! I just can't pay $40 for a plate of spaghetti. Anyway, London is an awesome city and we had a marvelous time.

We selected the London Supersale package for travel 8 March 2006. We extended the stay until 22 March, staying with friends the second week. Out hotel was the Tria. The Tria Hotel is in the same neighborhood where Michael Caine's character lived in the original movie Alfie. There's a sweet little garden running down the boulevard that gives the surrounding a less urban feel. Definitely take the time to walk through it. When we were there, the city was experiencing its coldest March in 20 years, but all the flowers were just set to pop open. One more week and I think it would've been perfect. What it lacks in wall thickness (it was a tad noisy from other guests coming in late from the pubs on Saturday night) it completely made up for in charm, location and ease of transportation. There's a bus stop just a few steps away that is used by six different busses, one of which will take you to The British Museum in just 40 minutes.
If you're the kind of tourist that wants constant pampering and huge rooms, upgrade. But for my family, the Tria filled our needs well. We were gone from the room exploring the city most of the day and the beds were comfy, so it filled our simple needs perfectly.
Although I'd read a few complaints about Tria's breakfast, I enjoyed it. The morning staff, mostly comprised of young French women, efficiently served the juice, coffee, tea, cereal, milk and toast in the breakfast room. Often, we chatted with other guests. The arrangement of the room promotes that kind of interaction. We picked up a small wheel of delicious brie at Portobello Road Market, nearby the hotel, to supplement our brekkies and stored it on the window sill at night to keep it cool. That made for a lovely start to the day.
The staff was multi-cultural and pleasant, but not extremely knowledgeable about bus routes, etc. If you buy an Oyster card, you can use all of London's extremely efficient means of transportation without having to buy individual trip tickets. Ask the locals at the stop where the bus goes until you get used to it.
There were plenty of good places in the neighborhood to eat, but one I was particularly impressed with was Star of Bombay (157 Westbourne Gro , London, W11 2RS.) Also, the fish and chips at the Metro Pub, right next to Westbourne Park Tube Station, is some of the best I've had in London.
Our carrier was American Airlines. I've never had a problem with the crews or the food on American. They are my favorite airline. Gatwick's staff, too, proved thorough but polite. That made it even harder to tolerate some of the rudeness at DFW, but that's not a trouble with this package.
By all means, select Go-Today's London Supersale and the Tria Hotel if you're a budget-minded traveler wanting to explore London.

The only reason I am giving this package four stars instead of five is because it used United Airlines out of Dulles Airport to fly to London. Would gladly play a little extra to fly Virgin Atlantic or British Airways from the same airport, since they would not have
stolen our London bound flight to give to a
Frankfort plane which was having mechanical problems, thus postponing our departure by four hours, which got us into London four hours later. (Also, Virgin has the best Economy Class of any airline on the transatlantic route.) Fortunately, when
we got to London we stayed at the Millenium Knightsbridge, which has impeccable service and who, when it was apparent that the heat in our room wouldn't work, upgraded us to a mini-suite at no extra cost! The most enjoyable trip I have ever taken to London--
I'm sorry it was only four days! Will be very happy to travel again with go-today.com, and to recommend to all my friends.

This was our third trip to London booked with go-today.com.We love traveling during the off-season and go-today.com makes it affordable. We stayed at the Tria Hotel ,very basic with small rooms ,but clean and in a great location. Very close to bus stop,an easy walk to Portabello Road , several resturants, and coffee shops. London is a fantastic city, but expensive! But with some pre-trip research,"bargains" can be found. We love Wagamamas and Tokyo Diner for Japanese food,Carrluchios for Italian food, and of course Indian food bargains are everywhere. We visited The British Museum a couple of times and have only seen a fraction of it. We love The National Gallery, and the Tate Modern, best part of all, they are free.We did alot of walking and window shopping on OxfordSt. and Regents St. but not much buying everything was $$$$$! We purchased Travel Passes before leaving the US and made use of the tube and buses.Actually rode the buses alot more ,great way to see more of the city, less traffic gridlock this trip ,the Central Congestion tax thing must be working. This was a great "mother-daughter bonding ,February vacation ,heading off to college in September" trip. Thank you for making it easy go-today.com.

First of all, I really loved the Qeensway/Bayswater area as it is close to so many attractions.
second of all, I lived in London so I know my way around.
But I was not pleased with the hotel. My room was small, horrible view and the beds were really bad. I could feel the iron springs on my back and complained but they did not really chanhe anything.Complimentary breakfast was terrible and my daughter and I decided to have it elsewhere other mornings. I suppose if I insisted I could have complained more but I just left it at that.
However, staff was pleasant and kept our room really clean. Some of them told me that I should have insisted on having a different room.
I also went to check out the other hotel( Apollo) where I was to stay originally, and I really liked it. It's very close by.
So bottom line is, i would not use the Bayswater Inn Hotel again but I would use the travel services and the agency as the price was good.
